Anyone know any diabetic recipes for homemade food gifts? - diabetic party food

I bring gifts for a Christmas party tomorrow, and remembers that one of the recipients are diabetic. I had planned to fill the mug of beer in a glass with homemade sweets, the gentlemen at the event, but do not work for everyone. Ideas to do something, be it for the customer, or anyone who fit well in the glass container, but can be done with something like Splenda?
